These Castellated Beams are for the Mesa Gateway Phase II Project. This project consists of over 1000 tons of custom fabricated Castellated Roof Beams, at lengths up to 60’, in addition to over 500 tons of columns and associated steel. This is a 350,000 SF Industrial Warehouse project located near Mesa Gateway Airport. Castellated Beams can reduce costs, as well as schedule durations, as an alternative to long span joists.
