- DESCRIPTION: Fabrication and erection of the Maricopa ITR and Jail Replacement Facilities. The scope of work for the proposed Maricopa County Intake, Transfer, and Release Facilities includes short-term 512-bed housing units, 4 courtrooms, and 1280-bed replacement units on the Maricopa County Durango Campus. There is a total of 448,499 sq ft and approx. 1700 tons of structural steel and joist framing.
